Merge Studio

Merge Studio is a nice casual videogame whose plot is reminiscent of programs like 'Queer eye' in which we will have to help a person to change different aspects of his life in order to help him to be happier. On this occasion, we will accompany a famous stylist in his mission to help different people look more beautiful and be happier.

To make progress in the makeover of our client, we will need different raw materials ranging from lipstick, makeup brushes and powders to dumbbells and mats to get in shape. All these products are achieved by merging these elements in a 'merge puzzle'. These puzzles have the following mechanics: we will play on a board full of materials and products that are blocked. In our first move, we will create a backpack full of working materials that will allow us, by clicking on it, to generate level one materials (lipstick, for example). By merging two lipsticks, we get a brush, by merging two brushes, we get a powder, and so on. Little by little, we will be unlocking tools, or generating new boxes of other kinds of materials (exercise, jewelry...).

At the top of the screen we will be shown which material we need to create for each moment and when we have obtained this material in the merge-puzzle, we can return to the studio to continue with the change of image.

Merge Studio is a fun game, with outstanding production values and a cute premise, all wrapped up in a simple and addictive gameplay mechanic, perfect for having a good time fusing objects and helping people to be prettier.
